We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the order is received in our system before 15:00 and all products are in stock, we will do our best to process your order the same day. Subsequently, we rely on PostNL for the actual delivery time. In most cases, this is 3 to 5 working days.
Do you have an urgent order? Then I recommend contacting us first via WhatsApp or phone to discuss the possibilities.
For products that are not in stock, please allow for a few extra days for delivery as these products need to be ordered, and we depend on our suppliers. In most cases, delivery times are 2 working days if the suppliers have the products in stock.
In most cases, you can return an online purchase within a cooling-off period of 14 days.
If the product contains a seal and it is still intact, you can contact us and indicate which products are involved. We will then consult with the drugstore to determine if this product can be returned. The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by dvagi.
Conditions for returns:
- the product has not been used
- it is not a product that can perish quickly, such as food or flowers
- it is not a product that has been made or adapted specifically for the consumer
- it is not a product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (underwear, swimwear, medicines, drugstore items, etc.)
- the seal is still intact
- the product or service does not concern accommodation, travel, restaurant services, transportation, catering services, or any form of leisure activities
- the product is not a single magazine or single newspaper
- the consumer has not waived their right of withdrawal
The cooling-off period of 14 days as mentioned in paragraph 1 commences:
- on the day after the consumer received the last product or part of 1 order.
- as soon as the consumer has confirmed that he/she will be downloading digital content via the internet.
- The consumer can notify their right of withdrawal via [email protected], if desired with the help of the withdrawal form which can be requested via the dvagi website, https://www.dvagi.nl/contact.
- The consumer is obliged to return the product to dvagi within 14 days after notifying their right of withdrawal, failing which their right of withdrawal will lapse.
Processing of your return shipment
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will assess the returned items. If the packaging or product is damaged, we will not reimburse the items and will contact you about this. If the return shipment is in order, we aim to transfer the amount to the bank account number used for the order within 5 working days.
Package not collected in time from the collection point?
It often happens that packages cannot be delivered and are also not collected from a collection point. Therefore, we charge an administrative fee of 10 euros for such cases. We advise customers to ensure that they collect their packages on time or choose alternative delivery options to avoid unnecessary costs. Once we have received the returned product, we will credit the products and charge the administrative fees.
